Generation after generation, we have been cultivating a 30 hectare vineyard in Lantin, not far from the Charente valley, near Jarnac, a tiny and privileged Fins Bois area formerly known as “Champagne de Jarnac”. The two different types of soil upon which we have planted our vineyard - loose topsoil and firmer layers of earth below - allow us to obtain extraordinarily consistent brandies while maintaining the characteristics of Fins Bois: a dominant fruity flavor coupled with the mellowness of Grande Champagne cognac.
